It depends.
I'd wager that Bill can absorb the Astroforce, since its like the PC which is also the energy of the universe.
If my suspicions are correct, i'd give it to Bill after a tough fight.
Orion is the avatar of combat, after all.
They're likely equalish in strength, and i'd give Bill the edge in durability and stamina.
But the mere chance that BRB can absorb and return times ten, is what gives him the majority imo.
