Edge to Beyonder 6-7 out of 10. He lost to both but put up a great showing and he those manipulation feats were things RKT was beginning to show but not at that level yet.
No need to point this out. I know this already. But both are different in power output. Remember when MM was angry and turned Kosmos back into Beyonder and fought? Beyonder lost but still he a good showing. That fight was destroying dimensions. Kosmos was more or less a pacifist.
Great showing for Thanos but Kosmos was nutty as heck. And unlike when she was Beyonder, she's isn't MM fighting level.
Beyonder (post) would not good down to Thanos like Kosmos did, more like kick his ass.
Beyonder takes this. the only reason he was able to beat Kosmos was because she took on physical form and became vulnerable. Otherwise he couldn't have hurt her.

That nut version of the Beyonder is the MAKER, not Kosmos.
And it was vulnerable like goober said, and losing it's marbles on top of that.
The Beyonder's essence is incredibly powerful, the version that fought Evil Molecule Man.
Thanos knew this, and this is the reason he did not kill the Maker's mortal form, instead he kept it catatonic, this way imprisoning the essence of the Beyonder who is a Multiversal threat.
The Beyonder can't erase the Multiverse, but he can cause havok across the Multiverse.
Beyonder's death can also have devastating consequences on the Multiverse.
And the MAKER, though Thanos defeated it, the Maker had the power to implode that Universe,
