1) IMO Morg would beat Silver Surfer most of the times due to his willpower 55% e 45% (in comics they fought two times, first time Morg beat the Surfer, second time Surfer beat Morg)
2) 50% e 50% Thor/Morg

Thanos has one shotted Morg (I could post the battle, but all that matters is that the time Thanos hit him, Morg went down.
Surfer has taken him down, plus has shown better duribility in the same fight. Or did you see the fight?
