Count Nefaria vs Sersi & Gilgamesh

I was wondering if these two Immortals who demonstrate godlike abilities can take down the nasty Count?
Nefaria has handed the Avengers their asses on numerous occasions since his upgrades but these two guys have strength and endurance and incredible might to spare.

So who wins?

yes count isn't on supes level, took a hammer blow from thor

Count has had numerous upgrades and the last version has taken Shield and Avengers together. So again depending upon his incarnations, because Nefaria is a helluva force to contend with

i agree w/that, but

celestials arrive, count doesn't make it

he did embarass the avengers, good issue
