Average marvel guy vs. Superman

You take your average Joe-Schmo from Marvel Earth (Maybe 5'10", 175 lbs), and put him against Superman. The catch is, you give him a week of training and some background info on Superman first...

and the following items (assume he can use them all and abilities stack):

Super soldier syrem
Thors Belt
Crimson Gem of Cytorrak (Powers = Classic Juggernaut)
Carnage Symbiote (Under his Armor)
Hulkbuster Iron Man Armor
Mjolnir with Thors Gloves
Captain Americas Shield
Adamantium laced bones (just because)
Silver Surfers board (He can use it to fly as fast as SS, I know he shouldn't be able to, but without some speed here he gets crushed)

No BFR allowed for either contender. Who wins?

Superman, because with a week of training he's going to fumble all over himself with all stuff, the only the that would save him is Cytorrak's power....

Actually, mostly everything here is a passive bonus, with the Exception of Mjolnir and the Shield (which require some skill, but, will be easy to lift and maneuver due to his speed and strength).

I tried to give him a lot of stackable strength and durability due to the lack of experience.

Any other thoughts?

You didn't give him ANY reflexes. He smashes into a black hole going a thousand times the speed of light and BFR's himself.

Carnage doesn't have a Spider sense equivalent? He has plenty speed, and the force field would slow down Superman, maybe giving him time to get a few hits in.

Give someone FTL speed without FTL reflexes and all they'll be able to accomplish is continually missing their mark by a few million lightyears over and over.

Super Soldier Serum boosted by a symbiote and topped off with Thor's reaction speed.

no expression

Plus the fact that Thor + Juggernaut strength, doubled by the power belt and the stamina of Juggernaut ... this guy isn't going to be getting hurt at all.

The IM armour and Cap's shield are pointless after those other boosts.

SSS + Symbiote + Thor = slower than light reaction speed.

True, but, the forcefield slows things down...

Doesn't matter. The marvel guy hops on the board and uses a thousandth of a single percent of the Surfer's potential speed and ends up over shooting his target by thousands of light years.
