Darkseid written at his average would fall to team 1.
And the Surfer can beat the Flash, thusly, it depends on if we are taking Darkseid's BEST showings, or his 'meh' showings into account.

Yeah, its likely that DS solos them. Flash is simply a non factor here, so DS HAS to solo them.
If somehow Thanos can absorb everything the Surfer has, his team has a chance. Since I cannot prove this by scans they lose.
Team 2 takes this.
