1) in JLA # 6 she took out and put a hole through Amazo WITHOUT her totem
2) She has posed a bug challenge for superman
3) She easily took out Gorilla Grodd
how does she fare against iron-man?

I will gladly give you an opinion, if you tell what powers Vixen is mimicking.
If she mimicking Krypto with Gorilla Grood's mental abilities, then Tony might be in trouble.
If it's her standard level of Earth animals, then Tony would win most of the time
