I second that, he also doesnt pick just popular marvel characters. Anyway I hate Wolverine too much at the moment to make a sensible post.

Wait, what? Why would Punisher do better against a Wolverine with PIS powered healing factor and adamantium, than a Wolverine with no claws and a much weaker hf? Wolverine in his early days had a Deathstroke level hf, and significantly less skill and combat experience. Punisher can beat that in h2h.
