Yes she can do all those things but to what degree, I don't know...are her energy projections strong enough to destroy a tank for instance? And she can take a punch but how fast are her reflexes. Plus I think Tony is cunning enough to give her some real fits....
With no prep time, I think it's Hela's fight to lose...
Given some prep time, I'm sure Tony could come up with a special weapons system to use on her, but he would likely need at least a few days and a thorough analysis of her weakness(es).

Consider this....."After being critically injured during a battle with the Extremis-enhanced Mallen, Stark injects his nervous system with a modified techno-organic virus (the extremis process) that not only saves his life, but also fuses Stark's armor to his body. This allows him to store the inner layers of the Iron Man armor in the hollows of his bones as well as control it through direct brain impulses. Stark can control the layer of the armor underneath his skin and make it emerge from numerous exit points around his limbs as a gold-colored neural interface undersheath. While in this form, Stark can control the armor cyberpathicly and suit up at any time, even if the armor is 100 miles away. Furthermore, the Extremis process has endowed Stark with a 'healing factor' and possibly even enhanced physical abilities, as he was confident enough to challenge Logan/Wolverine to a fight. He is also able to remotely connect to external communications systems such as satellites, cellular phones, and computers throughout the world. Because the armor's operating system is now directly connected to Stark's nervous system, its response time has been significantly improved.
Stark is able to control multiple suits of armor at a time, even from hundreds of miles away"....
I think Tony could pull out a good number of wins. 5/10
