Hell I don't know, but he IS the Karate Kid so I don't put much past him. I figure two characters who are both essentially plot devices should be a pretty good match.

Actually, KK routinely showed the ability to strike at the precise point with the precise force to break seemingly unbreakable materials, such as inertron and Kryptonian metal.

I say he could definitely hurt Doomsday, possibly even kill him once or twice.
