True, but i tihnk eventually Marvel will do a story on him and reveal that he has a power. As skilled as Marvel may say he is, no regular human should survive adamantium implants or have uncanny aim and accuracy while not even having to see the target.erm

Hawkeye and Green Arrow are skilled, but Bullseye is on a whole other level.
