Due to the genetic manipulations of Apocalypse, Warren's natural wings were changed into leathery bat wings. He retained his physical fitness—low bone density and near-zero percent body fat--and was granted pale skin, clawed fingers, and the ability to breathe fire. As a result of Apocalypse's genetic tampering, Warren possesses superhuman strength and endurance.

The third Black Condor has so far only demonstrated the ability of flight, and superstrength, but has been credited by Tocotl as an elemental of the sky and the earth. He is extremely strong, fast and seems quite ruthless.
