Warlock lasts the longest, and possibly talks Thanos into forfeiting the fight.
But the gems are only as good as the wearer's ability to use them. Again, advantage Thanos/Warlock

Can the reality gem stop Soul Steal? Not to mention, the only gem that Thanos was scared of, was the soul gem.
