Location: Stockholm, Sweden.

Well she has earned black belts in karate and judo so she isn't totally helpless here. Also her strength level is 250 pounds but her Judo skills enable her to throw opponents who weigh even more than this.

She also has Olympic-class gymnastic skills and can perform complicated movements with minimal effort.

That being said, I still give the majority to Cap.

No they only boost her strength level to peak human. so she is actually as strong and fast as cap, though of course he is more skilled so Cap of course wins.
