The Authority vs. the Mighty Avengers

The Authority accidently winds up in the Marvel Universe. As the Doctor opens up a portal back to their home dimension, Iron-Man decides to be a dick and tells the super-hero team to register or be arrested. Midnighter tells Tony to go f**k himself while Swift calmly explains that they are not residents of the Marvel Universe to begin with. Iron Man summons the Mighty Avengers to make them register or die...

No PIS/CIS. Bloodlust on. No prep.

50 feet apart from each other. No prior knowledge about each other.

The Authority:

Apollo
Midnighter
Engineer
The Doctor
Jenny Sparks
Rose Tattoo
Jack Hawksmoor

The Mighty Avengers:

Iron-Man
Wasp
Ms. Marvel
Sentry
Ares
Black Widow
Wonder-Man

On loan:

Yellowjacket
She-Hulk

Besides, the Doctor or Quantum alone could solo the Avengers.

They are. Kinda.

It's just, they never existed at the same time. One was the spirit of the twentieth century, and the other was the spirit of the twenty first.
