First fight: Normal Spectre

Second fight: Spectre w/Logoz

Third fight: Spectre merged with the Source and Logoz, and add Destiny to help Death

Spectre was never merged with the Source and Logos at the same time, and the Source is equally as powerful as the Logos.

But the first Spectre would lose.

Is this a fight to stave off Death? Or is it simply a fight between the two entities?

We've never really seen Death fight, so I can't answer if it's the second one. If it's the first, then Spectre loses in the end. Everyone loses in the end.
