Toad
vs.
Spider-Man
1. Normal Spider-Man.
2. Symbiote suit Spider-Man.
3. Add Green Goblin II to Spider-Man's side, and Pyro to the Villains' side.

The black suit didn't even seem to make him stronger than he normally was.
It just made him extremely confident, self-assured and prone to anger.
Basically he was snorting cocaine...
