Alright Captain America uses his shield to protect himself from Punishers weapons and gets close and close till their face to face and comes down to close quarters combat where Captain America has the strength speed and skills advantage.

team two wins. Give batman a better partner like slade.

Yeah I know that, but from someone as good a shot as The Punisher trying his best in a closed arena..? I'd say Frank would wack DD with at least one bullet. and Batman smoke screens em, and then just charges at em while Frank shoots from a distance.
Weve been through this, this is how Punisher is more dangerous with his guns than other people.
1. His reflexes are faster. Therefore he will pull the trigger more quickly than other people. Imagine 2 atheletes. Athelete A is a bullet from the Punishers gun. Athelete B is a bullet from less trained person gun. When the gun is fired to start running athlete A would have travelled further because his reaction time is faster.
2. With his experience Punisher can predict where they are likely to go before they get there.
3. He combines 1 and 2
4. Combining 1 and 2 and depending on the terrain if there is limited space Punisher could fill an area with bullets and even if they are able to dodge one or two bullets they wont be able to dodge them all.
5. Heroes may see bullets in slow motion but there is still need to be careful. They cant catch bullets Spiderman tried it and got a bullet through his hand.

I doubt it. Batman can dodge the shield with ease. Frank can also.

They dodge hundreds of bullets a day. They dodge bullets like you BREATHE. You don't even think about it, it just kinda happens.
How did Cap die again?

People seem to forget that Steve Rogers was gunned down. Batman has take on both men unless Frank helps more. Team one can win although it might take a while.
