Don't recall it being used on him in the story, I guess it depends on what kind you're talking about...but the only way to beat the monster was the end of time itself. Motherbox and Waverider both decided such.
Waverider tried to directly attack Doomsday's body to shut down his nervous system, and only got his own energy used against him. Fighting the energy being on Calaton, The Radiant, he developed a type of 'anti-energy' by evolving and ripped him apart. The famous scene of him living through the Omega Beam of course happened as well. Darkseid noted "So, you are beyond death."
The story showed pretty much no limit to his evolving on the fly.
