No she doesn't. He controls far more than she does. She has atmokinesis. He controls basically all four forces of nature to at least some extent and has total mastery of one them. That essentially gives him control over gravity, EM, Strong nuclear forces, and weak nuclear forces because in MU the Unified theory is real.
