Full Power Galactus Vs ...
I was talking with a friend the other day about if anyone can beat a FP Galactus. Even though he hasn't been seen in any comics, i was wondering if anyone had an idea of who could put the beat down on him?

Apparently FP Galactus = Eternity.
So anyone that can beat Eternity can beat FP Galactus.

I used to think that myself,
ever since the Black Celestial arc, we learned that Galactus can absorb an entire Universe,
and still not reach FP.
"Galactus who's busy wolfin' (eating) down ALL of TIME and SPACE" (Universe)
(please log in to view the image)
"Still the Giant doth continue to GROW"
(please log in to view the image)
"Eventually, Thor, He would span the enitre Universe"
(please log in to view the image)
"The time will come soon when ALL the Energy in the Universe through out it's HISTORY,
will NOT be sufficient to feed him"
Obviously MORE than a Universe.
What is Galactus' true potential?
I don't know.
It seems Infinite,
after all, when Galactus was trasformed to his natural state (a Star) it was stated that he will radiate Energy outward for all eternity:
(please log in to view the image)
"The TRUE FORM of GALACTUS is REVEALED at last"
"A NEW STAR is BORN" ..................... "Reed, WHAT HAPPENED"?
(please log in to view the image)
"Galactus has been CONVERTED to ENERGY ...
Energy that will Radiate For EVER Outward"

Yeah but in that scan he was only a few thousand feet tall. It seems that to become the size of an entire universe he would have to keep growing for trillions of trillions of trillions of billions of thousands of years.

That's just an artist's interpretation, I'm sure he couldn't have made Galactus half the size of the Universe to then have to factor in human sized beings would have been impossible.
The character statements gives us a visual perspective.
In anycase,
Galactus was devouring the Universe, and Reed said that after finishing,
that would not be enough.
So at the very least, a FP Galactus is far beyond an Aspect of Eternity (single Universe)
perhaps Galactus is an equal to Eternity's Totality at FP, which would be the Multiverse.
I wouldn't be surprised with this development, after all,
the Multiverse's existence depends on Galactus' survival.

Visuals override dialogue when analyzing fiction.

It means that what you see with your eyes is more reliable than what a character says.

Not if it's in a box rather than dialogue... just saying.

These "who can beat" threads are way too vague and don't really promote discussion, just random lists that will never reach an intelligent consensus.
