I'm going to have to say Omega.
A shock wave from his punch gave Mon-El a concussion, and just before that Mon-El said that Omega was tougher than Validus (Pre-Crisis).
Omega could also walk light-years in a matter of seconds. He was powered by hatred, and more hatred there is the more powerful he becomes. The hatred coming from the Brick Team will actually make Omega even stronger than he already is.
I believe this fight would come down to Omega VS Trion Juggernaut, with Omega eventually taking the win.
