Dominas vs superman (GOES ALL OUT)
dominas was more powerful then sufer before he became a worked for galactus again. but he lacked the experince of the power cosmic.
so if superman went all out agaisnt him he might have a chance. i know dominas does not do a surfer and beat superman 9 out of 10. may be superman can out power dominas

Dominas
Soaring through space, Dominas helped Galactus absorb both the Shi'ar Empire and Asgard. Later, Dominas fought the mighty Thor and helped Galactus capture both him and the Odinsword. Dominas met his fate when the Silver Surfer, a former Herald of Galactus, received word about his former master's insane plans. The two Heralds fought each other, with the Surfer winning and destroying Dominas. However, the Surfer did absorb Dominas' cosmic power to help him defeat Galactus.

Dominas possesses the Power Cosmic. It granted him super-strength and nigh-invulnerability. Aside from these, and the various other energy related powers, Dominas seemed to specialize in manipulating waves since he rode on waves of energy through space and created a wave of water to destroy New York. The level of his power cosmic appears to be higher than previuous heralds since he was able to defeat Thor wielding the Odinpower and destroy a large section of the moon. His lack of experience allowed his powers to be absorbed by the Silver Surfer.

Didn't Dominas run through all of Asgard inc King Thor.
I have not read the story in a while, but I do remember him being incrediably powerful, definitly more so than SS, and beating King Thor certainly puts him up there. I would say D wins this with ease. SS only beat him because he was more familiar with his powers, and knew how Dominas' power worked.
Again it has been a long time since I have read any of that though, so could totally be messed up memories.
