Any age Spawn's custome would react to Supes evey move no matter how fast Supes was moving. Spawn's custome would also turn into kryptonite without Spawn evening knowing what kryptonite was because it would pickup on Supes weakness. Spawn would release chains of kryptonite and probably cut Supes in half. Spawn's magic is too much for Supes to handle. Plus Spawn could easily mimic Supes powersets, plus more. Spawn would easily win this without even moving.
To make this more interesting, this would have to be an all out slug fest and Spawn would have to be limited to only using what's in Supes powersets. Both would be able to unload a great deal of damage to the other but Supes couldn't heal or recover as fast as Spawn could. Supes would have to sun dip through a pretty big star in order to slug it out with Spawn. If Supes is able to take a sun dip through Antares, he might be able to beat the necroplasm out of Spawn.
