This is actually pretty clever.
I'd give Spidey the win.

Not really. Its been done many times on many different sites. Hell I made it on another site before I had real knowledge about Spidey.

Golden age Superman was still faster than a speeding bullet. Something I doubt we can say for Spidey.

Boy,what are you guys talkin about?Superman wouldn't even have to try in this fight.Nothing Spidey could throw at him would damage him too much.On the other side,if Supes hit Spidey, the fight is practicaly over. Now if this was Captain Universe Spidey then I'd give him a chance.

no no no.
This version of Superman still wins.
Superman can jump an eighth of a mile. Spiderman can only jump a little more than 30 feet.
Superman can run faster than a train. Spiderman's fast, but not that fast.
A bullet cannot pierce Superman's skin. Spidey gets pierced all the time.
Nah. Superman still wins.

Iīm pretty sure Spidy has the advantage in, strength, intelligence and not to mention the Spider-sense, that have helped him a lot against fast enemies.
And Spider-manīs punches can be far more devestating than bullets.

What's funny is how much more we as the comic community have come to expect from these characters...
I mean in this scan Supes is lifting a steel beam, and it's considered "tremendous weight"...
Most comic fans nowadays wouldn't label anything under 100 tons, as "tremendous weight".

With the feats from Action Comics #1, he was only faster than a express train.
