Batman Battle

An all out battle of the Batman kind.

Grant Morrison, Paul Dini, and Frank Miller are all currently writing Batman books. In your opinion, which of the three has the best "handle" on Batman, ie, who truly gets the character the best?

I realize this may not be really the correct forum for this... so component two of the question is, which Batman is written to be the most dangerous- between Detective Comics, Allstar Batman and Robin, and Batman, who is the one consistently portrayed as the most competent/best fighter?
