We don't know if MJJ even attempted to control Fury's tech, the same way Henshaw would.

It looks like Fury adapted to Jaspers warp faster than Jasper could warp it. So unless you think Cyborg's control is greater than Jaspers warp, Cyborg has no chance in hell at beating the Fury. Also, the Fury isn't all machine.
