I think it would be a good fight Wolverine is a very good fighter has adamantium claws is tough and has a healing factor Spider-Man is more agile pretty close in strength to the asgardians and has precognition senses not to mention webbing that was able to snar Classic Rogue who could lift 50 tons. Luke Cage is the weak link but would do some damage.

Fandal wields a sword, so Spideys webbing is pretty useless.
They all have healing factors greater than that of Wolverines.
Hogun is much faster than Spidey and would keep him busy while Fandal proceeds to behead Wolverine with his sword.
While this his happening, Volstagg is beating the stuffing out of Luke Cage. His h2h skills are far, far superior to Cage's.
They'd win relatively quickly.
