My first mind is that Nova wins due to being faster and more powerful. But MM has non offensive abilities that give him a tactical Edge. Invisibility, Shape changing, size changing, phasing etc. And he has the TP. Which makes this battle his. Barring TP, Nova wins. But MM has too many powers on top of TP.
