Penguin vs Black mask
Tried to think of a fairly substancial hero or villain that the penguin would have a chance at beating. I always held a special place for the waddling bastid in my heart, so I wanted to try and get him some respek around here. Lets say that Oswald has given up on the "legitimate" lifestyle, and decides to re-establish himself within the criminal world. His first order of business is to take over the empire of the sado-masochistic Black Mask. Penguin has his selection of any two of his trick umbrella's, and about seventy or so predatory birds to back him up, as he attempts to overthrow BM at his current headquarters. BM also has twenty well-armed men guarding his floor. Who wins?
