Nimrod wins.
He was stronger than Ben's previous levels, and could likely match his current level of strength.
Torch is not durable enough to stand up to Nimrod's attacks. He can't go Super Nova without killing the others.
Reed Richards doesn't have the offensive capabilities to damage Nimrod.
Sue might be their best bet, due to her power's versatility. She can expand or contract bubbles within him, shield the team, and keep Nimrod from reforming should they manage to tear him apart. Problem is, how long could she hold him before exhausting herself?
