basically, any time when a supposed good guy does a bad deed like murder or massive destruction that in reality would result in multiple life sentences or the death penalty.

for example

-wolverine killing a FEMALE COP without getting in trouble - giant sized x-men(the one with the brood)

there is a lot worse...
