Alright so old Peter Parker almost at his end against young Bruce Wayne after he'd taken his journey and rediscovered himself, so to speak, but before he had the Batman mantle and utility belt.

Spidey in a complete and utter stomp.

Even in his advanced age Reign Spidey was stomping all over trained SWAT teams while just in his undies and socks (+ Mask) as well as steamrolling several Supervillains. Now factor in all the experience he's had and also that Bruce doesn't have his cheap 'pull a weapon out of my ass' belt, and you have one dead Wayne.
