Recently learned a lil bit about the Phantom Stranger...Wondering how he'd fair against the most powerful magic users in comics if he were allowed to attack bloodlusted:

__________________ I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your species that I realized you aren't actually mammals. Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with its surrounding environment, but you humans do not. You move to an area and you multiply, and multiply until every natural resource is consumed. And the only way you can survive is to spread to another area. This is the only bio I could find that even attempted to define his powerset. The most telling thing I could find is that the Spectre could only turn him into a mouse, not destroy him as he did the other magiks during "Day of Vengeance".

The guy can't be killed by The Spectre, he just can't.
Held the infinite power of the Spectre comatose.
Sees every aspect of Spectre in every timeline and alternate universe, as if he just looks outside the window.
Can summon all the angels in Heaven, as witnessed when they fought against GEB.
Can travel to Heaven, Hell and Earth at a whim.

First off, Zatanna should be lower on the list than she is. Secondly, i dont see what hed do to beat her. Ill admit, i dont know much about PS save for the fact that he cant be killed. However, i cant see him getting past 1. He gets respect because of his name, but id have to be convinced he beats Zee.
AmbushBug revealed that PS has had hundreds of illegitimate children. He also has an very good memory as in SevenSoldiers he remembered everything on a shopping list for several years.
