1. Shot, his durability sucks and Alucard is (Possibly) faster then Spidey.
2. His healing factor has been downgraded, Alucard phases his hand through his brain.
3.He'll have to bite him. It's the only way I can see him actually hurting Hulk, save for perhaps mind-rape/illusions
4. How magic resistant is Colossus skin ?
5. Xavier will be reduced to a vegetable, Alucard has thousands of souls in him, also Undead beings are usually resistant/immune to telepathy

Alucard from Hellsing. I pretty much agree with Grey Fox here. Also, for the Prof. X thing, keep in mind Alucard holds THOUSANDS of souls in him, so I think that might be a bit too much for Prof. X to handle. Which Cable is this?
That team, in my opinion, is not even worthy of being considered to face off against Alucard. Particularly when this is Alucard with ALL seals unlocked.
Maybe people never watched the Alucard manga, nor read the books, but by the time he was 'all free' that character was basically the devil in all but name. Even thinking of him as a 'vampire' (something most people who have never watched, nor read, the whole series tend to do .....simply seeing him as some 'master vampire' when by the end his exploits were quite unvampirish) would be a mistake. While he has been said to be Count Dracula, the many souls he has absorbed over the centuries have 'changed' him.
Anyways, let's look at the crew against him:
1. Spiderman: Many ways for Alucard to kill him, although personally I'd prefer having darkness swallow him from all around. Spiderman may sense it coming, but he wouldn't be able to do jack about it. At least it is not messy.
2. Wolverine: It was interesting to see what happened when Magneto ripped the adamantium away from him .....let's see whether teleportation of the same will have the same effect. Either way, logan better hope it stops there.
3. Savage Hulk: Savage beast, but extremely limited against Alucard. What could the Hulk do? Try and Punch Alucard? First of all Alucard is too fast (faster than the eye can see), and he has enough invisibility and intangibility tricks to make the Martian Manhunter a deeper shade of green with envy. Not to mention the magicks. Or he could simply present the illusion that the Hulk has won, the Hulk reverts, and is promptly killed. Or simply swallow him up in the darkness. Either way, the Hulk couldn't touch him, and even if he did then the Hulk would have to mop up every single drop of blood, or else Alucard will simply return from it (take that Deadpool).
4. Colossus: Many ways of taking him down.
5. Pro. Xavier: The only offensive capability Xavier would have would be to try and affect the mind of Alucard. While Alucard could attempt to battle X mind to mind, the WORST thing he could do to Xavier would be to LET Xavier enter his mind. X wouldn't be getting out any time soon.
6. Magneto: Powerful mutant. But his powers are for naught here ....unelss there is magical metal laying around.
7. Sandman: Telekinesis can make sand to very interesting things.
8. Captain America: Unless he became the new sorcerer supreme after his death, his inclusion here is like having Batman attending a gun fair.
9. Black Bolt: Now, this is something that brings up many questions. BB's voice is not just sound ....there is a lot of psionic energy in it. This is the only dude who could hurt Alucard, if Alucard gave him the opportunity. For one, using the voice would kill all the other members of his team, thus there is a chance BB may not use it. Secondly, there are all sorts of mental tricks that can be used against BB. Say, making him give the Hulk the master blow?
10. Cable: Another character that has question marks. There are all sorts of Cable iterations out there, ranging from stocky dudes with a flashing eye to a 'pre-Crisis' version that does everything apart from sneezing away galaxies. Most versions go down faster than Xavier, the 'super-uber-duper' version makes Alucard cry uncle, while at the same time making hell disappear, dimensions open, and chickens start laying golden eggs all at once.
The most powerful thing he ever survived was a supersonic plane crash into an aircraft carrier (and it wasn't even powerful enough to sink the carrier). What makes you think he could survive something that outclasses that force by many orders of magnitude?
When has he ever shown the ability to teleport things out of people's bodies? When has he ever teleported anything other than himself, for that matter? Stop making up powers that he doesn't have.

Hulk tags people like Quicksilver, Northstar, and Silver Surfer.
This statement is so stupid it doesn't even require a response.
Because it's not like Hulk beat Dr. Strange or anything, right?
Because illusions have such a good track record against the Hulk - NOT.
He's never shown the ability to do that to someone as strong as Hulk. Hulk just punches or thunderclaps his way out of it.
What's to stop the Hulk from just throwing him into space (don't say teleportation, he's never shown the ability to teleport that far. He needed to commandeer an aircraft carrier just to go to London).
So Alucard's mind > Dark Phoenix's mind?
Or he just wraps Alucard in some debris and flings it into space.

The only mental attack Alucard ever used IIRC was some kind of simple hypnosis against a normal human. You're really wanking his TP to ridiculous levels.
Alucard's mind=mind of undead shapeshifter hosting multiple personalities. But...Emma has entered Rogue's mind with 8 BILLION personalities (more than the population of Marvel Earth).
Thousands? On the other hand, Xavier is stated to have troubles with shapeshifters...
