Darksied enters the Marvel univeres through an omni-vortex.
"I want the head of Thanos!!!". he says. With him stands Amazo, Onimar Synn, The Saint of Killers, Solomon Grundy(peak) and Takion.

Will Darksied Suceed?

The Saint of Killers defeats just about anyone thrown at him except for Blade (unless there's another undead hero character I'm forgetting), and he is taken out by the rest of Darkseid's team. There's very few characters short of undead/vampire types that can hope to give SOK a challenge.

Spawn is not Marvel.

Ghost Rider isn't strictly an undead last I checked, though I suppose that depends on which one you are referring to.

Morbius isn't a real vampire, so I'm confident that SOK's guns would kill him.

Vampire Silver Surfer? Explain.

Ah, I see.

In any case, I'm hard-pressed to think of a team that could stand to hope against opponents like Synn, Amazo (at his best, I'm assuming), and Takion. All three alone are bruisers of a high order of magnitude (even if Amazo widely fluctuates depending on his incarnation).
