A universal Destruction couldn't kill either Vangard nore the Fury so there durability from state one is roughly equal, however I'm leaning towards Vangard.

That's Claremont's Fury, not Moore's.
Moore's Fury would curbstomp Blink in a second.
To be fair to Claremont,
he did try to justify that incredible PIS!
By having Avalon and Captain Britain attack Fury simultaneously with all they had,
still shouldn't have been enough,
but supposedly Fury was momentarily stunned,
with a huge hole through it's torso,
as the Fury regenerated,
Blink came with her cheesy quills and explodes Fury,
who didn't die I might add.
Still, ridiculous PIS in the house.
The Real Fury withstood Universal nullification on panel,
and it was confirmed in the official Handbooks,
the Real Fury withstood the power of arguably the most poweful Reality Warper ever.
Blink's silly quills can't even destroy a city,
now she's affecting that level of durability?
