What has Ganthet even done, I've seen him fight Kilowog, and that's about it.

Lets see Ganthet has made people rings and helped bfr Krona when he was pretty powerful. Uatu not too sure on what he has done I'm pretty sure he can't top the making of Green lantern rings bit no expression

Ganthet made rings with a group of other Guardians and the rings are not powered by the Guardians.

Ganthet also remade one ring when all the other Guardians gave him their power.

I'm not sure how either is impressive. no expression

I don't know anything about Ganthet, so my opinion is inconsequential,
but, I was able to indulge some of your curiosity as to what Uatu has done.

That's one of his more impressive showings imo.
