He also has the option of hypnotizing his foes, and making them believe he's not there, also making him effectively invisible.

omega red has shown to be immune to mental powers.

so I don't see that working at all.

also omega red is not some common thug and I really don't see him not being able to track IF movements.

also do you have scanns of this fight? If not do you have the issue number and title?

Also what has this opponet accomplish in the speed department that suggest he had anything other then human levels of speed or the ability to track super human levels of speed?
