Superman Prime hits each opponent as hard as he can without the opponent putting up a defensive. Superman is also using the claw of Horus when punching his opponents. How does each opponent fare? This is Prime right before the Monarch fight.
Silver Surfer's endurance is monstrously high now, WWH is beyond quantification (even moreso than Surfer's!), Thanos ... well other than Galactus's blast nothing I've seen of him shows it tapping out. Galactus would obviously survive (wasn't he starving/very weak when he took out those solar systems during Annihilation?) and Odin I'm guessing might survive too (he would if he was the same Odin whose battles shook dead galaxies).
Wwh got knocked around by sentry so he dies,surfer doesnt have the physical durability of even superman let alone the durability that allows him to survive a guardian enhanced prime punch to the face,thanos gets a hole punched in him,galactus has gotten his ass beat by much less,odin and h/p doomsday survive.
This is assuming he aims for the face.

2,8,12,13,14? gets koed
5 and 9 possibly endures (possibly serious hurt though).
