um...who's mageto......jks

i want to say mags but flash is hard to combat.....umm magneto wins (imo)due to the most underrated weakness of the flash, his playful/undisciplined attitude at times when it counts.

magneto is serious in all fights and capable of killing on a whim (imo)

I've asked this before

but how does Flash hit a flying target?

Other than running up a building and leaping at an enemy, I have NEVER seen the Flash do that.

it doesnt matter he can fly all he wants he aint hitting flash

Yeah, every once and a while. I'm just tired with all the "Speedblitz" answers in battles which, if they took place in a comic, the Flash could not possibly ever win.
