What I mean is they say hes 3X peak human but I bet hes only enhanced. In street level terms peakhuman, superhuman and enhanced or more or less the samething. For starters they said he can lift 2,400lbs if hes 3 times peak human he should be able to lift 6.
Captain America lifts 800lbs three times more then that is 2,400lbs

9 Superhuman: 50+ tons to 75 ton range
10 Superhuman: 75+ tons to 90 ton range
11 Superhuman: 90+ tons to 100 ton range
12 Superhuman: Potentially incalculable, able to lift far in excess of 100 tons
13 Undefined: Possessing some degree of superhuman strength, though the current and exact extent of physical strength is not as clearly defined
