"Terminus appeared in the JLA/Avengers crossover event. In it Terminus attacked the DC Universe's Earth. It faced the Justice League of America and showed he was able to hurt some of the more powerful members, to their surprise. Terminus had the upperhand until Batman realized the power he contained was in the staff he held. Once Batman realized this, he was able to trick Terminus by making him think they were trying to take the staff, but in truth the Justice League was redirecting the blasts from his staff back at Terminus himself, which knocked him out."

thats in the wiki. with vulcans power-set couldnt he just absorb the power in the staff, or from a blast from it and just redirect it to him aswell? if not i still think Vulcan is capable of taking this guy down. as from what i can see Vulcans faster will hit him first and unleash hell lol.
