Genis Vell, Phyla Vell, Captain Mar-vell, Ronan, Nova w/ full nova Force, Hal GL, John GL, Kilowaog GL, Sodam Yat GL, Salakk GL, Kyle GL, Gladiator, Korvac (dude with the phoenix blade), Vulcan, and Beta Ray Bill
Then a second fight w/
Fallen One and Silver Surfer and Morg w/ well join in w/ the heroes to take out the outlaws. (made this thinking that maybe team 2 is still needs help but maybe.)
Fight is on a indestructible planet identical to earth.
