Just to throw this out there, wasnt Molecule Man kinda weak in the mental/emotional area? Couldnt Parallax take advantage of that?

Nah.

He doesn't like to hurt people,
but that doesn't mean he won't do what must be done to survive.

Anyhow, those are "in" comic book stipulations to limit his omnipotence.

I think in a 1 on 1 fight, Paralax could manipulate him and probably kill or posess him. Basically haunt him with images of his mother similiar to what he did to Hal and Kyle. Here he wouldnt have the time for such a thing though.
