Despite the fact that Elektra is a much better MA imo, Deadpool still wins because there's not much she can do to hurt him, while once Elektra gets hit, its pretty much over.

Healing factor is sorta a non factor/well not a non-factor - i mean, the healing factor doesnt stop you getting KO'ed!
imo its because of thah AND her martial arts skill that Electra could squeeez afew out of this. 3 maybe 4.
