Kraven stops him - if written using his full powerset to full potential / discounting being sniped by frank of course, CQC Kraven should stop him he is above peak human. His h2h might not be up to Franks level, but he is a bit more durable/faster/stronger by lots and more agile not to mention still being formidable h2h fighter.
Tombstone also just needs to lay 1 good blow, if he tagged Parker - he can surely tag Frank.

not really. Frank had the upperhand in H2H brawl. he also took several shots from tombstone and was still winning. he even tackled him out of a speeding bus and onto an incoming car and would have shot him hadn't it been for double D's.
he's not getting past batman, that's for sure.
probably not elektra either.

Aye for the sake of the story - were talking about a vs battle in this forum and anyone who thinks a human takes a square punch in the face from a multi ton pushing opponent is kidding themselves -
the same as Batmans MANY on-panel brawls with Superman, SURE for the sake of the story Bats takes a few Blows but in a forum battle - at full abilities and no poor writing to aid the weaker opponent, he gets one shotted in the blink of an eye.
So in this thread IMHO he SHOULD be stopped at 1 - Kraven the hunter, by no means a 1 shot but CQC he is out classed in all but MAYBE technique and MA training - MAYBE.
