 which Marvel Character, can destroy a whole galaxy ?

which of the Marvel Characters, can destroy a whole galaxy ?

for instance.. Galactus is the world-eater... but a planet is different to a whole galaxy...

an i mean characters excepted the ones like Beyonder and the Living Tribunal

can Rune King Thor ?
or
Thanos ? (no .. thanos not.... or can he ?)
The Asgardian Destroyer ... ?

Yes a Planet is different to a hole Galaxy however

He can devour a entire galaxy and what Galactus tech can accomplishe so can Galactus.

And in the Annihilation he was stated to have enough energy to blow up two universes the 616 and the negative zone so yes I think he can take out a Galaxy if he so desire
