Re: batman with the power gem vs darkseid and silver surfer
Batman wins.
Complete invulnerability, concussive blast composed of infinite energies,
immortality,
flight capabilities (to any level) and on, and on, meh, absolute raw power.
Basically Batman can give himself any physical attribute one can imagine.
When the heroes jumped Thanos, (while he was only accessing the Power gem)
they had exactly a 0.5% chance of winning,
and even Thor was included in that gang.

How did Thor lose to Thaons with the power gem then?
Not arguing, just curious. Was it because Thor was practically mad and didnt control it properly or was it the tech? Thanos also punked the Champion with it. I realize Bruce is more intelligent than both, but was still curious.

Any honest question is respectfully absorbed good friend.
Thor never actually lost though, he was momentarily stalled, yes,
due to his in-ability to tap the Gem fully.
Yet still,
Thanos admitted that within a very short time (3 hours)
Thor would become completely unstoppable anyway,
Thor was becoming more powerful literally by the second,
because he was slightly tapping the Gem.
Not exactly, Thanos tricked the Champion
into destroying the planet they were with one punch,
this left Champion floating helplessly in space,
then Thanos bargained with Champion to help him with the Gem as the price.
Now, Champion was even less adaptable than Thor,
Champion wasn't tapping the Gem at all,
the Gem
had automatically boosted Champion's raw strength, and invulnerability
but since that's all the Gem will give you if you don't tap it at all, he was limited.
Had Champion had even an inkling of how to manipulate the Gem,
he could've easily gave himself flight capabilities,
thus rendering his helpless floating body in space null.
Thor was tapping the Gem slightly, and he curbstomped,
Warlock & Dr Strange simultaneously in one move,
he also one-shotted Silver Surfer/Drax and Pip simultaneously.
heck, even Eternity himself
stated that Thor was a threat to a good portion of Infinity and himself.
Anyway, then Thanos came with his amazing tech,
and contained Thor is an energy construct,
which Thor was going to break out of in 3 hours, (as he slowly adapted to the Gem)
after which, nothing was going to give him pause.

Timestop, speedblitz, mindrape, there are a variety of options.
Mr. M, has the power gem ever displayed the level of power that Thanos showed during the IG arc 'on it's own' ?
It makes the user stronger, more durable, and close to immortal, yes, but infinite power? It may have the potential, but has it ever used it without the other gems to give it a focus?

We, see what Eternity said about Thor, who was not harnessing it fully,
but was tapping it slightly and adapting by the second,
would Thor have reached full potential? I honestly can't say one way or another.
But I do know,
that Thanos can and did, he did on panel during the IG arc as you know.
If Bats can tap the Gem fully, as the thread starter wants him to,
only infinite control of another aspect can defeat him imo.
The PG gem to me still isn't that impressive, in fact I've seen guys like Hulk,SS,Supes,Thor and even gladiator have much more credible feats under there own power. When was the last time anyone with the PG flew 100 times FTL.
Thanks for the answers Mr M. I still have a problem with an Elder Of The Universe possessing the Power Primordial being as helpless as a baby because he destroyed the planet that he was standing on. You would think that he would possess enough power to teleport or fly. Oh well. Its only comics.
Still, I've seen him navigate through space with the Elders,
although, now you got me thinking,
but I'm not sure if he was being guided by the others,
I'll have to flip some pages and get back to this.
