Vince is. Vince took a decent sized wrestling company and made it into the largest in the world. Bruce took over an already highly successful company and has people to maintain it for him.

Vince is real and wouldn't accept being defeated by some fictional billionare that mostly spends his time saving a fictional city.
Real vs. Fiction... Mostly reality wins this. Besides, WWE is a kick ass show to watch every night.
